补肾滋阴法对卵巢早衰患者症状及卵巢储备功能影响

Effect of Bushen Ziyin Method on Ovarian Symptoms and Patients with Premature Ovarian Function

目的:探讨补肾滋阴法对卵巢早衰患者症状及卵巢储备功能的影响。方法:选取2012年12月—2015年12月在本院收治的40例卵巢早衰患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,对照组予补佳乐联合黄体酮胶囊人工周期治疗,观察组在此基础上联合服用自拟补肾滋阴方,比较两组患者症状改善、FSH、LH、E2水平及疗效。结果:观察组痊愈2例,显效7例,有效7例;对照组痊愈0例,显效4例,有效7例。观察组总有效率为80.0%,高于对照组55.0%。观察组治疗前症状评分为(45.6±3.8)分,治疗后症状评分为(5.6±2.8)分;对照组治疗前症状评分为(16.9±4.1)分,治疗后症状评分为(8.7±3.4)分,比较差异有统计学意义。治疗前两组E2、LH、FSH水平比较无差异,治疗后两组E2均升高,LH、FSH降低,且观察组更明显,差异有统计学意义。结论:补肾滋阴法可以改善卵巢早衰患者卵巢储备功能,调节激素水平,调整内分泌状态,缓解患者症状,值得临床应用。

Objective：To investigate effect of Bushen Ziyin method on ovarian symptoms and patients with premature ovarian function. Methods：40 cases of patients with premature ovarian failure were selected from December 2012 to 2015 December as the object of study by random number table method divided into the observation group and the control group,patients in control group were treated with estradiol valerate combined with progesterone capsules artificial cycle therapy,observation group based on the combined use of Selfmade Bushen Ziyin Decoction,improve the symptoms of the patients in the two groups were compared,FSH,LH,E2 level and curative effectd. Results：More significantly reduce the increased 55.0% in the observation group recovered in 2 cases,effective in 7 cases,effective in 7 cases,control group recovered 0 cases,effective in 4 cases,effective in 7 cases and observation group,the total efficiency was 80.0%,higher than the control group,the observation group before treatment symptom score（45.6±3.8）,after treatment,the symptom score（5.6±2.8）and the control group before treatment symptom score（16.9±4.1）,after treatment,the symptom score（8.7±3.4）,the difference was statistically significant,the treatment of two groups of E2,LH,FSH level there is no difference after treatment in the two groups of E2 and LH,FSH,and the observation group,the differencewas statistically significant. Conclusion：Bushen Ziyin method can be improved in patients with premature ovarian failure ovarian reserve function,regulate hormone levels,adjust endocrine status,alleviate symptoms,it is worthy of clinical application.
