应用数据挖掘方法总结崩漏中医治疗组方用药规律

Exploring of the Clinical Association Rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis Based on Data Mining Technology

目的:应用统计学与数据挖掘的方法,探索中医药治疗崩漏的方药用药规律。方法:检索相关临床研究文献,采用Access软件建立数据库文件,利用Spss软件进行数据处理,应用Clementine进行关联规则挖掘。结果:对崩漏用药规律挖掘,现代治疗崩漏的核心药物为白芍、当归、甘草、白术、黄芪、党参、阿胶、续断、熟地等,与临床病因分析与用药观点基本一致。结论:本研究的数据挖掘结果与传统理论中大部分内容是相吻合的。运用关联规则挖掘崩漏的中医病因及用药规律能够为中医临床辨析病因、辨证用药提供治疗思路,具有指导意义。同时说明数据挖掘这项技术具有合理有效性,值得进一步深入研究。

Objective：To explore the rule of herbal prescription and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis by using data mining technology and statistical methods. Methods：The clinical research literatures of treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis were collected. Access software was used to establish prescription database. Spss 13.0 and Clementine 12.0 software were used for the frequency analysis,association rule analysis. Results：The core herbs of the modern treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis were Radices Paeoniae alba,Angelica root,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus mongholicus,Codonopsis pilosula,Donkey-hide Gelatin,Radix Dipsaci,Prepared Rehmannia Root etc. based on data mining,and were consistent with clinical etiology analysis or medication view. Conclusion：The results of data mining of this paper were consisted with the majority theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The rule of herbal prescription and etiology of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis was important and significance guiding by using association rule analysis of the data mining technology. It could provide Chinese medicine differentiate the cause of the clinical and treatment ideas of the dialectical medication and also explained the data mining technology was reasonable and deserved further study in depth.
