电刺激生物反馈联合补中益气汤治疗产后I度子宫脱垂疗效观察

目的:观察电刺激及生物反馈联合补中益气汤治疗产后妇女子宫脱垂的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2014年1月—2016年1月产后42 d复查的被诊断为I度子宫脱垂的患者共128例,随机分为两组。对照组单纯口服补中益气汤治疗;治疗组在口服补中益气汤的基础上,联合盆底治疗仪的电刺激及生物反馈治疗,两组治疗1个疗程后,对子宫脱垂程度、盆底肌力情况进行比较。结果:对照组与治疗组治疗有效率分别为73.4%和92.2%。两者比较,具有统计学意义。结论:电刺激及生物反馈联合补中益气汤治疗产后妇女子宫脱垂疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of electrical stimulation and biofeedback combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of postpartum uterine prolapse. Methods：Select our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 42 days after the review of the days of the diagnosis of uterine prolapse degree of I in patients with a total of 128 cases. Randomly divided into two groups,64 patients in the control group：simply treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. Treatment group：on the bases of treaed with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,combined with electrical stimulation and biofeedback of pelvic floor therapeutic instrument. After a course of treatment in the two groups,compared with the degree of uterine prolapse,pelvic floor muscle strength. Results：The treatment efficiency of the two groups were 73.4% and 92.2% respectively. Comparing of the two,with statistical significance. Conclusion：Electrical stimulation and biofeedback combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction have on curative effect treating postpartum uterine prolapse.
