Research Overview of the Filiform Needle Therapy on Treating Intractable Facial Paralysis

目的:综述近年来毫针疗法治疗顽固性面瘫的现代研究进展。方法:分别从取穴规律、针法使用及在毫针基础上多种针法相互配合等方面进行分析和总结。结果:毫针是目前中医临床作为基础治疗顽固性面瘫最广泛使用的一种疗法。结论:毫针疗法对顽固性面瘫疗效显著。

Objective：To review in recent years,modern research progress of the filiform needle therapy on treating intractable facial paralysis. Methods：To analyze and summarize from the respects of point-selecting,needle manipulation and cooperation with other needle therapy on the basis of filiform needle application. Results：The filiform needle therapy is most widely used as the foundation treatment for intractable facial paralysis in clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion：The curative effect of the filiform needle therapy on treating intractable facial paralysis is distinct.
