汽车覆盖件是汽车车身的重要零件,其外形设计及制造直接影响着汽车工业的发展。由于汽车覆盖件的复杂多样化,有些汽车覆盖件中部会存在一些与模具冲压方向成一定角度的小孔,为了既要满足模具设计规范的要求,又降低模具制造成本,这就需要我们在模具上模座与压料芯之间安装一个斜楔来冲制此类小孔,使其既能满足模具设计规范,又能减少模具工序。

Automobile metal body parts are key components of the automobile, the model design and manufacturing influence the developing of the automotive. Due to the complexity of metal body, some holes are staying with certain angels to stamping direction on some metal body parts, and to achieve the purpose of meeting the die design specification and reducing the die manufacturing cost, CAM piercing unit is required to be mounted between upper die shoe and pressure pad to pierce this kind of holes with angels, then die design specification is met and quantity of dies is reduced.
