斜管接头注射模结构设计

摘要 斜管接头是有多种型孔、斜孔、两种偏心且同向不同螺距的螺纹孔及存在着凹槽、凸台和弓形高"障碍体"大批量的注塑件。通过对斜管接头形体和注射模结构方案反复分析,确定了对斜管接头外形和凹槽,采用了斜滑块二次分型兼脱模机构;斜孔采用了斜导柱滑块二次超前抽芯;对于M10mm螺孔采用了定模齿条、圆锥齿轮和圆柱齿轮超前脱螺孔滞后复位结构;而对于M45mm螺孔采用了安装在推板上动模齿条、圆锥齿轮和圆柱齿轮滞后脱螺孔超前复位的二型腔注射模结构。由于对型孔抽芯、脱螺孔和脱模运动顺序进行了合理排序,故这些机构运动虽然复杂但均能有序地进行。因此,该注射模有全自动高效高质量加工性能。 Inclined tube joint is hole, hole, there are many type of two different kinds of eccentric and synthetic pitch screw thread hole, and there is a groove, convex sets and high arch "obstacle" of large quantities of injection molded parts. Through the inclined tube joint form and repeated injection mold structure scheme analysis, determine the shape of inclined tube joint and grooves, the secondary classification technoloy and demoulding mechanism; Oblique hole using the inclined guide pillar slider secondary core-pulling in advance; for M10mm screw hole adopted the fixed mold rack, cone gear and spur gear ahead to take off the lag screw holes reset structure; for M45mm screw holes are installed in the dynamic model on the plate rack, cone gear and spur gear lead reduction of lag screw hole off two cavity injection mold structure. Due to hole core-pulling, movement in order to take off the screw hole and stripping the reasonable sorting, so these mechanism motion, while complex can in an orderly fashion. The injection mold with automatic performance for efficient and high quality processing.
