模具设计制造一体化实训平台建设

Construction of the Training Platform Integrating for the Die & Mold Design and Manufacture

针对模具行业对设计、制造、维护等模具专业技能应用型人才需求不断扩大,分析了目前国内高职院校模具人才培养模式,目前,职业院校在模具人才培养上缺乏对集成设计、制造、检测为一体的系统化教育。拟从CAPP工艺规范分析、数值模拟仿真、模具拆装检测、数控加工车间规划等局部功能区建设着手,搭建基于高职院校模具专业技能型人才培养的一体化模具设计制造实训平台。

Design, manufacture and maintenance talents needed urgently in die ＆ mol~ manufacturing enterprises, the talent training lacks of systematic education about design, manufacture and maintenance in vocational college. In this paper, a training platform integrating designing and manufacturing is put forward to train die and mold professional technical persons, based on CAPP, simulation, dismounting and workshop planning.
