国产4Cr5Mo2SiV改进型钢与进口同类热作模具钢冲击断裂行为对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 将国产4Cr5Mo2Si V改进型钢与进口同类型钢的金相组织及冲击韧性进行了对比,实验表明:两种材料的晶粒度控制相当,而国产4Cr5Mo2Si V改进型钢的球化组织控制略差于进口同类型钢,并且带状偏析也较进口钢略为明显;4Cr5Mo2Si V改进型钢的横向冲击韧性略低于进口钢,通过光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜结合能谱分析冲击断口特征及断口附近的组织情况,发现两种材料的断口均成韧性断裂,而进口钢的韧窝更深且大,表现出更好的韧性。 The microstructure and the impact toughness of domestic modified 4CrSMo2SiV steel and the imported steel imported from Germany were compared. It is shown that, comparing to the imported steel, spheroidized structure of modified 4CrSMo2SiVwas shghtly worse, and the band segregation was slightly more obvious; the transverse impact toughness of modified 4Cr5Mo2SiV wasslightly lower than that of the imported steel, by means of optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy with energy spectrum analysis, we found that the fracture of the two materials were both ductile fracture, and the toughness cavities in the imported steelwere much deeper and bigger, so its toughness was better.
