摘要
对电动汽车渗透率逐步提高后电动汽车负荷群接入智能社区系统的方案进行研究。首先对电动汽车的到达时间模型及充电负荷进行模型的建立;根据模型提出一种考虑用户自主性及控制公平性的加权排队算法;通过仿真无序充电及有序充电过程,研究发现所提出的有序充电过程达到较好的负荷平移的效果,并可以较高程度达到用户的充电满意度及控制过程中的公平性。
Based on the gradual increase in the penetration of electric vehicles, electric vehicle load groups access to the intelligent community system is studied in this paper. First of all, the models of the arrival time and the charging load are established for electric vehicles, and a weighted queuing algorithm considering user autonomy and fairness of control is proposed according to the model. By simulating the uncoordinated charging and the coordinated charging processes, it is found that the proposed coordinated charging process achieves a better effect of load translation and can achieve a higher level of user satisfaction and fairness in the control process.
