摘要
本研究采用自编问卷对1682名大学生进行求职归因特点调查,发现大学生主要将求职成败归因为内部因素如求职技巧、大学时期的规划、工作经验、专业知识等,对求职成功各影响因素的认可程度高于求职失败,并且不同群体学生的求职归因具有不同的特点。在此基础上,本研究认为高校生涯教育应注重引导学生对求职成败形成积极、正确的归因,求职归因训练需与学生生涯实践活动以及求职失败案例的提供相结合。
This study investigates 1682 undergraduates' attributions of applying for jobs with a self-made questionnaire. We finds that undergraduates mainly attribute their failure of job hunting to the internal factors, including job hunting skills, job hunting plans, working experience and professional knowledge, and they have higher degree of recognition for the influential factors related to successful job hunting than those to failure and characteristics of attributions of applying for jobs differ among student groups. According to the results of the survey, this paper proposes that the university's career education should lead the students to develop positive and right attribution of success or failure of job hunting and the attribution training should be combined with the students' career practice and the failure cases.
