[目的/意义]为我国制定海洋防腐涂料技术领域专利发展战略提供参考。[方法/过程]基于Innography专利检索和分析平台,从技术发展趋势、专利布局及技术来源国家或地区、机构竞争态势、核心专利挖掘等角度,对海洋防腐领域全球专利情报进行实证分析。[结果/结论]欧美国家及日本拥有该领域的核心技术,且重视对全球市场的专利布局,而中国缺少核心技术以及长远的技术发展规划和市场布局。我国政府应制定相关政策,加大支持力度,促进该领域的技术发展,以期该领域能为我国建设海洋强国保驾护航。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for China to make patent development strategy on marine anticorrosion coatings. [Method/process]The paper bases on patent retrieval and analysis platform of Innography, makes an empirical analysis of worldwide patent information on marine anti-corrosion coatings from aspects of technology development tendency, patent portfolio and country or region distribution, institution competition stance, and core patent mining. [Result/conclusion]Occident and Japan have core technologies and attach importance to patent portfolio, but China is lack of core technologies, long-term technology development plan and market layout. Chinese government should formulate related policies, and strengthen to support technology development in the field, so as to help establish a marine powerful nation.
