摘要
实施创新驱动发展战略急需一大批科技人才尤其领军人才。通过分析科技领军人才的挑战与使命,探讨科技领军人才的素质能力特征,提出了培养科技领军人才的培育路径。
In order to implement the strategy of＂innovation drives development＂, a large number of hi-tech talents, especially leading talents are required. The article analyzes challenges and mission of leading h-tech talents, discusses quality features of leading hi-tech talents and proposes the cultivation paths of fostering leading hi-tech talents.
