高职院校新型物业管理专业人才培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of New Type of Property Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

中国房地产业已经从传统的开发销售不可逆地向着"产品+服务"转型升级,能成功转型升级的优秀物业管理企业的核心竞争力就是技术和人才。而我国大部份高职院校对物业管理人才的培养还停留在原来传统的落后模式,很难适应当前高端物业企业的要求。针对以上情况做了详细的分析,并提出了高职院校物业管理人才的培养模式。

China’s real estate industry has been transformed and upgraded from the traditional development and sales to the mode of＂product ＋ service＂irreversibly. The core competitiveness of outstanding property management companies, which can transform and upgrade successfully, is the technology and talent. And in most of our vocational colleges, the mode of training property management personnel still remain in the traditional backward mode, which is difficult to meet the requirements of the current high-end property enterprises.In view of the above situation, the author makes a detailed analysis and puts forward the training mode of property management personnel in higher vocational colleges.
