摘要
校企合作发展模式让大学和企业能够把各自的需求融合到人才培养中,进而推动双方的优势互补、协同发展。通过对美国校企合作发展模式的研究与实践,能够提升我国高校人才培养的市场化水平,引导学生更好地掌握专业技能和提升职业素养,并以此为对照,更好的执行"卓越计划"。
Cooperation between colleges and enterprises can see their respective development model for university requirements merged into the field of personnel training, and promote the complementary advantages of both sides, the collaborative development. By means of university-enterprise cooperation development mode of research and practice in the United States, can promote the marketization level of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, guide students to better grasp the professional skills and professional quality.
