高职院校校企合作模式下电商人才培养体系研究

"电商"一词也就是对电子商务的简称。本文通过资料法研究了职校校企合作模式及其现状,电商人才的就业特点及其现状,通过比较其中存在的问题,提出构建校企合作的新模式,从而为高职院校培养人才和为企业输送人才提出了相关改进措施,同时也更好地促进高职电商专业学生的就业工作。
