辽宁省新型农村合作医疗现状研究

Research on the New Rural Cooperative Medical System in Liaoning Province

本文运用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对最近几年辽宁省实行新型农村合作医疗现状进行研究分析,发现辽宁省新型农村合作医疗还存在筹资难、补偿低、地区差异大、广大农民看病难和贵、基层医疗门诊少、管理效率低等诸多问题;应深入挖掘目前存在的问题,提高辽宁省新型农村合作医疗的公平性和效率性,改善目前辽宁省新型农村合作医疗环境,加强医疗服务效率。

This paper uses the research methods of literature, investigation and interview, in recent years in Liaoning Province,the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical situation analysis, found that the new rural cooperative medical system in Liaoning province there are still financing difficult, low compensation, large regional differences, the majority of farmers’ medical treatment is difficult and expensive, medical clinic, the low efficiency of management problems; we should present in-depth mining problems, improve the fairness and efficiency of the new rural cooperative medical system in Liaoning Province, improve the Liaoning province new rural cooperative medical environment, strengthen medical service efficiency.
