摘要
针对传统温度检测系统向用户终端传输数据时,存在布线复杂、传输距离有限的问题,设计了合适的高精度无线通信温度检测系统。利用铂电阻敏感温度变化,通过测温电桥和高质量运放保证温度数据采集的精确度,使用K60单片机完成数据转换和滤波,WiFi模块通过TCP/IP协议将温度数据发送给计算机终端,在WiFi模块信号无法覆盖的地方,可以使用短信查询的方式通过GSM模块随时传输温度数据。实验结果表明:系统测温精度能够达到0.015℃,同时能够有效实现温度数据的无线传输。
Aiming at problems of complex wiring and limited transmission distance in traditional temperature detection system,design high precision temperature detection system for wireless communication. Platinum resistor is used to sense temperature changes,ensure accuracy of temperature acquisition data by temperature measurement bridge and high quality op-amp,the system complete data conversion and filtering by using the K60 MCU,WiFi module sent the temperature data to personal computer by TCP/IP protocol. Where the WiFi signal cannot be covered,it can query temperature by sending message through GSM module at any time. Experimental results show that the temperature measuring precision can reach 0. 015 ℃,and can effectively achieve the wireless transmission of temperature data.
