弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折的效果分析

Efficacy of Pediatric Femoral Shaft Fractures with Flexible Intramedullary Nail Treatment

目的:探究弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院接收的儿童股骨干骨折患儿46例,随机分成观察组与对照组;观察组给予弹性髓内钉治疗,对照组接受常规的普通钢板固定治疗方式,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:观察组骨折情况与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的手术情况及治疗效果均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:弹性髓内钉能有效提升儿童股骨干骨折的治疗效果,术中出血量少、切好小且术后骨折愈合时间短,值得在临床治疗中推广及应用。

Objective：To explore the elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of pediatric femoral shaft fracture treatment.Method： 46 cases of children with pediatric femoral shaft fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group was given elastic nail treatment,control group was given conventional treatment of ordinary plate fixation,therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Result：The fracture of observation group was no statistically significant difference compared with that of control group（P〉0.05）.The surgical conditions and treatment in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Flexible intramedullary nail can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of pediatric femoral shaft fractures,less blood loss,so small and postoperative healing time is short cut,worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
