摘要
目的:观察柔性管理理论优化急诊护理管理的效果。方法:选取2014年1-12月急诊科护理人员20名,纳入对照组,采取常规急诊护理管理方式;选取2015年1-12月急诊科护理人员20名,纳入观察组,应用柔性管理理论优化急诊护理管理,比较两组理论和技能知识考核情况、护理人员满意度及患者满意度。结果:观察组理论和技能知识考核优良率为95.0%,高于对照组的70.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员满意度和患者满意度均高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用柔性管理理论优化急诊护理管理,能够提高护理人员护理技能和专业水平,提升护理人员满意度及患者满意度。
Objective:To observe the effect of flexible management theory on emergency nursing management.Method:From January to December 2014,20 nurses in emergency department were selected into the control group,adopted the routine emergency nursing management mode.From January to December 2015,20 nurses in emergency department were selected into the observation group,used flexible management theory to optimize the emergency nursing management.Compared theoretical knowledge and skill assessment,nursing staff satisfaction and patient satisfaction of two groups.Result:The comparison of theory and skills assessment,the excellent rate of the observation group was 95%,which was higher than that of the control group(70%),the difference was significant(P〈0.05);nursing staff satisfaction and patient satisfaction of two groups was significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Applying the flexible management theory to optimize emergency nursing management can improve the nursing skills and professional level,and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing staff and patients.
