手术室护理质量综合评价指标在手术室持续质量改进中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Comprehensive Evaluation Index of Operation Room Nursing Quality in Operation Room

目的:探讨运用护理质量综合评价指标在手术室持续质量改进中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1-6月于笔者所在医院进行手术室护理的965例患者,采用病例对照研究,将选取的患者按照入院编号,随机分为两组,观察组465例,对照组500例,医务人员对对照组患者采用传统手术室护理质量评价指标进行护理医务活动,对观察组患者在治疗时运用手术室护理质量综合评价指标,两组患者在接受1个月的手术室护理治疗后,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:实施干预后观察组患者的手术室护理不良事件发生率从16%下降到8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术室护理质量综合评价13项指标中,观察组有8项指标的不良事件发生率远远低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明干预措施有效。结论:手术室护理质量综合指标能降低手术室护理治疗的不良事件发生率,提高手术室护理的质量,值得在手术室护理治疗中上大力推广。

Objective：To explore the application effect of comprehensive evaluation index of nursing quality in the continuous quality improvement of operation room.Method：965 cases of patients from January 2015 to June 2015 in the author＇s hospital operation room were selected,according to the admission number were randomly divided into two groups,465 cases in the observation group, 500 cases in the control group,patients in the control group were treated with traditional index of nursing quality of operation room nursing medical activities,the patients in the observation group were in the treatment of the operation room nursing quality assessment indicators,patients of two groups were given operating room nursing treatment for 1 month,the nursing effect of two groups of patients were compared.Result：After the intervention,the operating room nursing incidence of adverse events of observation group decreased from 16% to 8%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In the operating room nursing quality indicators of 13 comprehensive evaluation,eight indicators of incidence of adverse events of observation group were far lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of comprehensive index of nursing quality of operation room in the medical activities of the quality control management treatment can reduce the incidence of adverse events in operation room nursing treatment,improve the nursing quality of operation room,it is worth popularizing in the operation room nursing care in the treatment.
