院前急救护理路径在急性心肌梗死患者中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Pre-hospital Emergency Nursing Pathway in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:探讨院前急救护理路径在急性心肌梗死患者中的临床应用的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的90例急性心肌梗死患者,将其按照不同护理方法分成对照组与观察组,各45例,对照组应用院前常规护理干预,观察组应用院前急救护理路径,对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果:观察组患者急救诊断率、转运成功率、急救成功率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间明显短于对照组,患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:院前急救护理路径在急性心肌梗死患者中的临床应用的效果满意,可明显提升急救成功率与患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective：To explore the clinical application of pre-hospital emergency nursing pathway in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method：90 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients in the author＇s hospital were selected,according to the different nursing methods were divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group,the control group was given routine pre hospital nursing intervention,the observation group was given pre-hospital emergency nursing path,clinical nursing effects between two groups were compared.Result：The observation group of patients with emergency diagnosis rate,transfer success rate,the success rate of emergency treatment were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,patients satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The pre-hospital emergency nursing path in patients with acute myocardial infarction in the clinical application of satisfactory results,can significantly improve the success rate of first aid and patient satisfaction, it is worth promoting.
