更年期功能性子宫出血患者的临床治疗方法及效果

The Clinical Treatment effect of Climacteric Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Patients

目的:探讨更年期功能性子宫出血(功血)患者的治疗方法及效果。方法:选取在笔者所在医院就诊的138例更年期功血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各69例,对照组给予炔诺酮治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上联合应用妇科养荣胶囊治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为97.10%,明显高于对照组的86.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出血控制时间、完全止血时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月,观察组不规则出血发生率为1.45%,明显低于对照组的观察组13.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者出现恶心7例,头晕5例,乏力2例,观察组患者中仅出现恶心1例。结论:妇科养荣胶囊联合炔诺酮治疗有助于快速控制出血症状,缩短完全止血时间,降低不规则出血发生率,提高治疗效果。

Objective：To investigate the effect and treatment for the patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding（bleeding）.Method：138 cases of patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding in the author＇s hospital were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,69 cases in each group.The control group was given Norethisterone treatment,the observation group was in western medicine combined with Fukeyangyan Capsule treatment.Result：The total efficiency of observation group was 97.10%,significantly higher than the control group of 86.96%（P〈0.05）.Bleeding control time and hemostasis time of observation group were shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）.After 3 months of follow-up,the irregular bleeding rate observation group was 1.45%,significantly lower than the control group of 13.04%（P〈0.05）.In the control group,there were 7 cases of nausea,5 cases of dizziness,2 cases of fatigue,and only 1 case of nausea in the observation group.Conclusion：Fukeyangyan Capsule combined with Norethindrone in the treatment for bleeding symptoms,shorten hemostasis time,reduce the irregular bleeding rate,mprove the therapeutic effect.
