摘要
为科学控制砂布轮的抛光力、提高航空发动机叶片的表面完整性和力学性能,通过单因素试验分析了工艺参数对砂布轮抛光力的影响规律;对抛光力重复性和材料切除量进行试验分析,确定了砂布轮转速和压缩量的二元二次回归正交旋转组合试验范围;利用二元二次回归正交旋转组合试验结果建立了法向抛光力预测模型,分析了法向抛光力和切向抛光力的相关性;分析了抛光力对抛光表面粗糙度的影响规律及机理,并做了整体叶盘叶片(叶背)抛光试验,结果证明,通过合理控制抛光力可以获得合格的表面粗糙度,且效率比人工操作有显著提高。
To improve surface integrity and mechanical properties of aero engine blade,the influencing laws of processing parameters on polishing force of abrasive cloth flap wheel were determined through a single-factor experiment.Parameters variation ranges of binary quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination test were concluded from the experimental analysis on stability of polishing force and material removal,based on which a prediction model of normal polishing force was established.The correlation between normal and tangential polishing forces was analyzed.Influence law and mechanism of polishing force on polishing surface roughness were discussed.On this basis,apolishing experiment for blade(back of blade)of whole disk was carried out.Experimental results showed that eligible surface roughness and higher polishing efficiency than manual operation could be obtained by controlling the polishing force reasonably.
