低温等离子腺样体切除联合双侧扁桃体切除治疗儿童鼾症的疗效观察

Low-temperature Plasma Adenoidectomy Combined with Bilateral Tonsillectomy in Children with Snoring

目的探讨低温等离子腺样体切除联合双侧扁桃体切除治疗儿童鼾症的疗效。方法选取2010年2月-2014年8月收治的106例小儿鼾症。根据手术方式分为观察组和对照组各53例。观察组采用低温等离子腺样体切除联合双侧扁桃体切除术对照组单用双侧扁桃体切除术。比较2组手术疗效及术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,且术中出血量、手术时间、住院天数少于或短于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子腺样体切除联合双侧扁桃体切除治疗儿童鼾症的临床疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of plasma adenoid resection combined with bilateral tonsil- lectomy in the treatment of children with snoring. Methods Between February 2010 and August 2014,106 cases of pediatric sno- ring were treated in our hospital. According to surgical methods, they were equally divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group were treated with adenoidectomy and bilateral tonsillectomy while those in the control group were treated with bilateral tonsillectomy alone. The operative results, blood loss, operation time and hospitalization of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, but the amount of bleeding, operation time, length of hospital stay of the observation group were significantly below those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Low-temperature plasma resection com- bined with bilateral tonsillectomy is effective in the treatment of snoring in children.
