PDCA循环法在医院药房质量管理中的应用效果

Application of PDCA Method to Quality Management of Hospital Pharmacies

目的探讨PDCA循环法在医院药房质量管理中的应用价值。方法根据PDCA循环法管理实施时间分组,2012年5月-2013年6月医院药房实施传统管理措施作为对照组,2013年7月-2014年8月医院药房实施PDCA循环法管理作为研究组。比较2组药品显效使用率、药品使用明确率、药品不及格报废率、药品复查审核错误率。结果研究组药品显效使用率、药品使用明确率明显高于对照组,药品不及格报废率和复查审核错误率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA循环法管理药房,可明显提高药房用药质量,减少医疗用药差错的发生。

Objective To explore the applicability of PDCA circulation method to quality management of hospital pharma- cies. Methods Between May 2012 and June 2013, the pharmacy of our hospital was managed by traditional means （the control group）. Between July 2013 and August 2014, the PDCA circulation method was used in the management of the pharmacy （the study group）. The rate of effective drug use , the rate of specified use of drugs, the rate of abandoned use of drugs and the rate of review errors were compared between the two groups. Results The rate effective use and specified use of drugs in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the rate of abandoned useof drugs and the rate of review errors in the study group were lower than those in control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion PDCA cycle management of pharmacies can significantly improve the quality of drug use and reduce the incidence of medical errors.
