吴茱萸粉调醋穴位贴敷治疗乳腺癌术后失眠疗效观察

Curative Effect of Acupoint Application with Evodia Rutaecarpa Powder Mixed Vinegar for Insomnia after Breast Cancer Surgery

目的:观察吴茱萸粉调醋穴位贴敷治疗乳腺癌术后失眠的疗效。方法:选取96例乳腺癌术后失眠患者进行研究,随机分为2组各48例,对照组采用艾司唑仑片进行治疗,观察组采用吴茱萸粉调醋穴位贴敷进行治疗,2组均施以相同的中医护理方法,干预4周。观察2组的临床疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组痊愈率和总有效率分别为47.92%和93.75%,显著高于对照组的25.00%和75.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为4.17%,对照组为16.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用吴茱萸粉调醋穴位贴敷治疗乳腺癌术后失眠效果显著,且不良反应轻微。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of acupoint application with evodia rutaecarpa powder mixed vinegar for insomnia after breast cancer surgery.Methods：Selected 96 cases of insomnia after breast cancer surgery,and divided them into two groups randomly.The 48 cases of the control group were treated with estazolam tablets,and the observation group was given the therapy of acupoint application with evodia rutaecarpa powder mixed vinegar.The two groups were both given the same Chinese medicine nursing method,and were given four weeks of intervention.Observed clinical effect and adverse reaction of the two groups.Results：The cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group was 47.92%and 93.75%respectively,being obviously higher than the 25.00%and 75.00%of the control group（P〈0.05）.Incidence rate of adverse reaction was 4.17%in the observation group,and was 16.67%in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupoint application with Evodia Rutaecarpa powder mixed vinegar has significantly effect in treating insomnia after breast cancer surgery,which has little adverse reaction.
