滋阴生液益胎方联合低分子肝素钠治疗羊水过少临床观察

Observation of Ziyin Shengye Yitai Prescription Combined with Low Molecular Weight Sodium Heparin for Oligohydramnios

目的:观察滋阴生液益胎方联合低分子肝素钠治疗羊水过少的临床疗效。方法:选取本院62例羊水过少的初产妇,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各31例。对照组给予低分子肝素钠治疗,同时静脉补液1500 m L,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用滋阴生液益胎方,2组均治疗14天。观察2组治疗前后的羊水指数(AFI)及新生儿窒息程度,比较2组新生儿体质量和剖宫产率。结果:治疗后,2组AFI均较治疗前升高(P<0.01);治疗组的AFI高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率83.9%,对照组有效率58.1%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组剖宫产率19.4%,对照组剖宫产率45.2%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组体质量与新生儿窒息程度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴生液益胎方联合低分子肝素钠治疗羊水过少,能有效提高AFI,降低剖宫产率和新生儿窒息程度,增加新生儿体质量。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Shengye Yitai prescription combined with low molecular weight sodium heparin for oligohydramnios.Methods：Selected 62 primipara of oligohydramnios in our hospital,and divided them into the control group and the treatment group with 31 cases in each randomly,according to the random number table method.The control group was given low molecular weight sodium heparin and intravenous fluids supplement of 1500 mL,and the treatment group was given Ziyin Shengye Yitai prescription based on the treatment of the control group.Treatment of the two groups both lasted for two weeks.Observed amniotic fluid index（AFI） and asphyxia degree of the two groups before and after treatment,and compared body mass and cesarean section rate of the newborns of the two groups.Results：After treatment,AFI of the two groups were increased（P〈0.01）,AFI of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The effective rate was 83.9%and 58.1%in the treatment group and the control group respectively,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.Cesarean section rate was 19.4%in the treatment group,and was 45.2%in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.Compared body mass and asphyxia degree of the two groups,the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ziyin Shengye Yitai prescription combined with low molecular weight sodium heparin can improve AFI effectively,reduce the cesarean section rate and asphyxia degree of the newborns,and increased weight of the newborns in treating oligohydramnios.
