加味柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Chaihu Longgu Muli Tang for Facial Hormone Dependence Dermatitis

目的:观察加味柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为2组,对照组采用常规西药治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上给予加味柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,疗程均为2周,观察2组的临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为88.9%,对照组为68.9%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤配合常规西药是治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的有效手段之一。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of modified Chaihu Longgu Muli tang in treating facial hormone dependence dermatitis.Methods：Divided 90 cases of patients into two groups randomly.Both groups were treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was additionally treated with modified Chaihu Longgu Muli tang.The two groups both received treatment for a course of two weeks.Observed the clinical effect in both groups.Results：The total effective rate was 88.9%in the treatment group and 68.9%in the control group,the significant difference being found in the comparison between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of modified Chaihu Longgu Muli tang combined with routine western medicine is one of the effective methods of treating facial hormone dependence dermatitis.
