U形泪道引流管植入改进治疗泪小管断裂疗效观察

Clinical observation on ＂U＂ shape of lacrimal duct drainage tube insertion method to improve anastomosis in the treatment of lacrimal tube rupture

目的探讨“15”形泪道引流管植入方法改进治疗泪小管断裂的临床疗效。方法分析2012年5月至2016年3月在青海省交通医院眼科就诊的泪小管断裂38例（38只眼）的临床资料。术中全部采用弧形探针寻找泪小管鼻侧断裂开口，用“15”形泪道引流管植入方法改进治疗并观察治疗效果。结果38例（38只眼）手术均顺利，手术时间25-35min，术中、术后全部病例均未发生严重并发症，术后观察3个月至1年，泪道冲洗通畅，总有效率97．37％。结论“U”形泪道引流管植入方法改进治疗泪小管断裂具有操作方法简便，手术时间短，安全胜高，治疗效果满意，值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To investigate the ＂U＂ shape of lacrimal duct drainage tube insertion meth- od to improve the clinical curative effect of treatment of lacrimal tube rupture. Methods The clini- cal data of 38 tears tubular fracture cases （38 eyes） were analyzed during May 2012 to March 2016 in our hospital. All adopted the arc probe looking for tubular fracture incision, with ＂U＂ shape of lacrimal duct drainage tube insertion method to improve treatment and observe the efficacy of treat- ment. Results All 38 cases （38 eyes） had success surgery, the operation time was 25-35 min. All cases had no intraoperative and postoperative serious complications. Ppostoperative observation was 3 months to 1 year, and total effective rate was 97.37%. Conclusions The method of ＂U＂ shape of lacrimal duet drainage tube insertion to improve treatment of lacrimal tube rupture is simple, the op- eration time is short, high safety, good treatment effect, and worth clinical promotion.
