巩膜清创联合自体板层巩膜移植治疗栗刺异物致坏死性巩膜炎疗效观察

Clinical observation of debridement combined with Lamellar scleral graft for the treatment of necrotizing scleritis caused by chestnut thorn foreign bodies

目的观察巩膜清创联合自体板层巩膜移植在栗刺致坏死性巩膜炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年9月至2014年11月收治的栗刺异物致坏死性巩膜炎患者15例16只眼，予巩膜清创联合自体板层巩膜移植，观察疗效。结果15例16只眼坏死性巩膜炎的栗刺异物在超声生物显微镜定位及引导下全部取出，巩膜植片与植床愈合良好，植片供区瘢痕修复，无巩膜穿孔、眼内炎发生。结论巩膜清创联合自体板层巩膜移植治疗栗刺异物致坏死性巩膜炎具有操作方便、眼部损伤小、取材方便、安全性高等特点取得了较好的疗效，值得推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of debridement combined with Lamellar scleral graft for the treatment of necrotizing scleritis caused by chestnut thorn foreign bodies. Meth- ods A retrospective analysis of the necrotizing scleritis caused by chestnut thorn foreign body in 16 eyes of 15 cases from September 2012 to November 2014 treated with debridement combined with Lamellar scleral graft, the therapeutic effect was observed. Results Fifteen cases of 16 eyes with nec- rotizing scleritis chestnut thorn foreign bodies in ultrasound biomicroscopy to locate and guide out of all, scleral graft and graft bed, good healing, graft for repair of the scar; no scleral perforation and endophthalmitis occurred. Conclusions Debridement combined with Lamellar scleral graft for the treatment of necrotizing scleritis caused by chestnut thorn foreign bodies has the advantages of convenient operation, small eye injury, convenient materials, high safety, and has achieved good cura- tive effect, it is worth promoting.
