现阶段,我国的建筑企业逐渐增多,招投标的竞争更加激烈。一些建筑企业为了获得工程项目,在对工程成本没有进行准确预算的情况下对工程项目投标,可实际建筑工程成本却远大于中标时的预算。为了解决该矛盾,研究了现阶段建筑施工成本管理的现状,并进一步提出建筑施工成本管理的控制对策。
