摘要
文章主要对工程量清单计价的基本含义进行阐述,从统一性、竞争性、风险性3个方面,解析工程量清单计价模式的特点,并在此基础上提出工程量清单计价模式下的工程造价控制措施,以期给工程造价方面提供参考。
This article mainly elaborates the basic meaning of valuation of bill of quantities, analyzes the characteristics of bill of quantities model from three aspects of unity, competition and risk, and on the basis of this, it is hoped that through the elaboration of this article, it can provide some reference for the project cost.
