随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,对于道路施工建设的规模越来越大,为保证道路工程施工质量,需做好施工过程中的管理工作,从而为道路工程施工打下坚实的基础。而在实际施工管理过程中还存在一些问题,会严重影响道路工程施工的顺利进行,因此需采取有效的优化措施进行处理和解决。对道路施工管理中所存在的问题及相应优化措施进行分析研究,以供相关人士参考。
