春风油田稠油氮气泡沫辅助蒸汽吞吐研究 被引量:1

摘要 准噶尔盆地西缘春风油田应用水平井、降黏剂、氮气、蒸汽有效开发了薄浅层超稠油高渗透砂岩油藏主体部位,但排6南区块油水过渡带油井含水上升快、蒸汽吞吐油汽比低,为此开展了氮气泡沫辅助蒸汽吞吐研究。氮气在多孔介质中与起泡剂形成氮气泡沫,能够堵塞大孔道。实施氮气泡沫辅助蒸汽吞吐5井次均获得成功,盘活了油水过渡带储量,为同类井治理提供了技术储备。专门研发的氮气泡沫整体撬块堵调设备矿场应用获得成功,降低了措施费用。 In Chunfeng Oilfield at the west edge of Junggar Basin, the main body of thin shallow bed super heavy oil high permeability sandstone reservoir has been effectively developed by viscosity reducer, nitrogen and steam. But in oil water transitional zone of the south block of Pai6, well water-cut ascends quickly, oil steam ratio of steam stimulation is low, and thus research on nitrogen foam assisted steam stimulation has been conducted. Nitrogen forms nitrogen foam with foaming agent in porous medium, and can block up large pore paths. Nitrogen foam assisted steam stimulation has been implemented for 5 well-times, and has succeeded each time, which invigorates reserves in oil water transitional zone, and provides technical storage for similar well management, Field application of nitrogen foam integrated filtration package plugging device by specialized R&D has succeeded, and has reduced disposal cost.
