论“精准扶贫”理论对扶贫开发工作的调整

"精准扶贫"理论从"扶贫对象""扶贫方式"与"扶贫内容"三个维度对扶贫开发工作进行了重大调整,即"漫灌式"粗放帮扶向"滴灌式"精准帮扶发展、"输血式"外向帮扶向"造血式"内生自扶发展、"经济性"物质减贫向"观念化"精神脱贫发展。这对于指导中国当前打好扶贫攻坚最后一战,全面建成小康社会具有现实的指导意义。

The theory of＂Precise Poverty Alleviation＂has made a significant adjustment to the poverty alleviation and development work from the three aspects of＂poverty alleviation object＂,＂poverty alleviation method＂and＂poverty alleviation content＂,namely ＂flood irrigation＂and ＂drip irrigation＂,＂Blood transfusion＂extroversion to ＂hematopoietic＂endogenous self-help development,＂economic＂material poverty reduction to the＂concept of＂spirit out of poverty development.This is of great significance to guide China to fight for the final battle of poverty alleviation and to build a well-off society in an allround way.
