西部地区中小城市依法治市的问题及对策——基于贵州省安顺市的考察

Problems and Countermeasures of Ruling City by Law of Small and Medium-sized Cities in the Western Region——Based on Investigation of Anshun City in Guizhou in China

依法治市是实现国家繁荣富强、社会安定和谐、人民安居乐业的重要途径。论文以安顺市为样本,总结依法治市的工作经验、分析存在的问题,并提出有针对性建设性的对策建议,为我国西部地区中小城市依法治市工作提供有益借鉴。

Ruling city by law is a important way to realize the national prosperity, social stability and harmony, and people living and working in peace and contentment. In Anshun city as sample, summari- zing work experience of ruling city by law, analysis of existing problems, and putting forward some targe- ted constructive countermeasures and suggestions, are for the sake of providing beneficial reference for rul- ing city by law of small and medium-sized cities in the western region.
