高水头水电站钢管道及岔管设计

摘要 介绍大盈江四级水电站引水系统的压力钢管道及岔管设计,设计最大内水压力4.23MPa,最大外水压力140m水头,设计采用沿钢管布置排水洞的方式降低钢管的外水荷载。Y形月牙肋岔管,HD=2530m^2,岔管管壁为600 MPa级高强钢,月牙肋为16MnR,其肋板厚度为200mm,为岔管管壁的3.03倍。2009年7月31日4台机组垒部发电。目前钢管道运行良好。 This paper gives an introduction to the design of penstocks and bifurcations of the water diversion system of the Dayingjiang-4 hydropower plant. Their designed internal water pressure is 4.23MPa and max. external water pressure is 140m water head. Drain holes are arranged along the penstocks to reduce external water load in the design. Y-shaped crescent bifurcation with HD=2530m2 is provided and the its wall is of 600 MPa high strength steel. The crescent rib is of 16MnR steel, with its plate thickness 200mm, which is 3.03 times of that of the bifurcation. All of the 4 generating units were put into commercial operation on July 31 st, 2009, since then the penstocks have been under proper operation.
