基于同步角的单输入齿轮分流传动系统均载特性分析 被引量:8

摘要 针对某单输入齿轮分流传动系统,给出系统存在误差情况下同步角的原理,推导双联轴的扭转变形、齿轮的啮合变形和齿轮的中心位移引起的分流级大齿轮偏转角。在此基础上,研究双联轴的扭转刚度、支撑刚度、阶梯轴的弯曲变形及系统误差对传动系统静态均载特性的影响。研究结果表明:影响分流级大齿轮偏转角的主要因素为双联轴的扭转变形和齿轮的中心位移;减小双联轴的扭转刚度可改善系统的均载性能;阶梯轴的弯曲变形对系统的均载特性有影响;系统的均载特性对双联轴的支撑刚度敏感;并车级综合误差对系统均载特性的影响比分流级综合误差的大。 The solution of solving synchronous angle was given for a single-input cylindrical gear split-torque transmission with gear errors. The defection angles of big gear in split torque stage caused by torsional deformation of duplicate gear shaft, gear engagement distortion and gear center displacement were driven. Impact of torsional stiffness of duplicate gear shaft, bending deformation of step shaft, support stiffness of transmission shaft and comprehensive gear errors on static load-sharing characteristics of system was analyzed after analyzing key influencing factors on the defection angles of big gear in split torque stage. The results show that the key influencing factors on the defection angle of big gear in split torque stage are torsional deformation of duplicate gear shaf and displacement of gear center. The decrease of torsional stiffness of duplicate gear shaft is contributive to the improvement of load sharing. Bending deformation has influence on load sharing. Load sharing is sensitive to support stiffness of duplicate gear shaft. Comprehensive error of synthesized torque stage has larger influence on load sharing than that of split torque stage.
