摘要 针对循环氢压缩机管线振动超标的问题,基于有限元软件ANSYS对管线结构进行模态分析得到其振动的固有频率和相应的振型,结合现场测试结果,得出气流脉动是引起管线振动的主要原因,并提出消减管线振动的措施。 Aiming at the problem of excessive vibration of the recycle hydrogen compressor pipeline, the modal analysis of the pipeline structure is carried out to obtain the natural frequency and corresponding vibration mode of the vibration based on the finite element software ANSYS. Combined with the field test results, it is concluded that the main cause of pipeline vibration is the airflow pulsation. And measures to reduce the vibration of pipeline are put forward.
