摘要
进口往复活塞式天然气压缩机组在煤层气增压领域应用广泛,煤层气与天然气在工况参数、开采特点等方面的差异,出现以活塞为主的关键部件异常磨损。该类配件采购成本高,采购周期长,致使现场运行间断。针对中石油沁水盆地煤层气在用进口压缩机,从设计计算、加工、测试、运行过程等内容阐述了国产化活塞组件研究可行性及优越性,为煤层气行业压缩机选用及故障处理提供依据。
Imported natural gas reciprocating piston compressor is widely used in the field of CBM booster,the differences of CBM and natural gas in the working parameters,exploitation characteristics,appears to piston-based key parts wear increased,which caused the key component abnormal wear like piston. The high purchase cost and long procurement cycle of the accessories result in intermittent field operation. Mainly dealing with Petro China CBM imported reciprocating compressors,this paper describes the compressor piston assembly localization of design,calculation,processing,testing,running and precautions,which verifies the feasibility and superiority of localization piston assembly on the imported CBM compressor applications,and provides foundations for the selection and fault treatment of CBM compressors.
