摘要
以橡胶粉水泥压浆材料为研究对象,对其典型配合比下的凝结时间、抗压强度、抗折强度、体积收缩率及抗冻性能等路用性能进行详细的研究,并拟合相关指标函数方程,分析其变化规律。结果表明:不同养护条件下的橡胶粉水泥压浆材料的凝结时间及早期强度均满足规范的要求;室外自然养护的橡胶粉水泥压浆材料具有较好的胀缩性能;室内标准养护的橡胶粉水泥压浆材料具有更好的抗冻性能。
The properties,including setting time,compressive strength,flexural strength,volume shrinkage and frost resistance of mudjacking material consisting of rubber powder and cement were studied,and the changes of such indicators were analyzed by fitting relevant function equation.The results show that the setting time and early strength of the mudjacking material under different curing conditions meet the requirements of specifications;better expansion and contraction performance is acquired under outdoor natural curing;indoor standard curing provides better frost resistance.
