摘要
基于配重法的平衡原理,设计了一种铣刨机可移动配重机构;列出了铣刨机的各种施工工况,详细说明在几种极限工况下调节铣刨机质心位置的方法;创建了铣刨机在坡面上的数学模型,计算出将可移动配重块向铣刨机前方移动一定距离后铣刨机的爬坡角增值。结果表明:向前移动可移动配重块能增大铣刨机的爬坡角,从而拓宽铣刨机的施工范围,为铣刨机可移动配重的设计提供了数据参考,具有一定的实用价值。
A movable counterweight mechanism was designed for milling machine based on the balancing principle of counterweight.All kinds of construction conditions of milling machine were listed,and method for the adjustment of center of mass in limit conditions was expounded.Numerical model of milling machine on the ramp was built,with which the increment in angle of climb when the counterweight moves forward was calculated.The results show that the angle of climb of milling machine can be increased by moving the counterweight forward,which broadens the working range of the milling machine.
