甘肃省经济与环境耦合协调时空演化格局分析

Temporal and spatial changes in coupling and coordinating degree of economic development and environmental pollution in Gansu Province

通过建立经济环境综合评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型,对甘肃省14个市(州)的经济环境耦合度和协调度计算后进行时空格局演化分析.结果表明:从空间看,甘肃省经济环境耦合度的空间分布呈现梯次化、组团化特征,东部和南部地区的耦合度高于北部和西部;甘肃省的经济环境协调度整体处于低协调阶段,10 a间基本没有变化.从时间序列看,甘肃省大部分市(州)的经济环境耦合度出现了缓慢波动下降的趋势,市(州)之间的差距在缩小;经济环境协调度绝大部分处于缓慢上升的阶段.根据耦合度和协调度,可以将甘肃省14个市(州)划分为经济环境高耦合低协调地区、经济环境拮抗区以及经济环境低耦合低协调地区3个类型区.

A comprehensive assessment of the indicators for regional social economy system and environmental system were constructed first,and then the coupling degree and coordinating degree of regional economic development and environmental pollution was calculated as of 14 cities in Gansu Province.The results showed that in terms of spatial changes,the coupling had a clear regional difference,with a spatial gradient distribution,and the group characteristics of the eastern and southern regions as a whole being more than the western and northern regions.It could be found that the economic and environment development in most prefectural cities were still at a lower level of coordination,with no change in 10 years.In terms of temporal changes,the coupling in the cities showed a downward trend,the differences between the cities presented a shrinking trend;the coordinating degree of the economic and environmental development in Gansu Province as a whole maintained a slowly rising trend.According to the coupling and coordinating degree,the 14 cities could be divided into three types：economy-environment high coupling and low coordination,economy-environment rivaling,and economy-environment low coupling and low coordination.
