摘要
通过实验建立气相分子吸收光谱法测定地表水中氨氮的方法。方法检出限为0.020 mg/L,水样加标回收率为91.3%~100%,平行样品相对偏差为0.25%~1.43%,精密度(RSD,n=7)为0.10%。实验结果表明,该方法准确可靠、灵敏度高、操作简便,重现性好、分析速度快,适用于地表水中氨氮测定。
A method was developed for detecting ammonia nitrogen in surface water sample by gas -phase molecular absorp- tion spectrometry. The detection limit is 0.020 mg/L,the recovery rate is between 91.3% and 100% with RSD about 0.10% ( n = 7 ) , and the relative deviation of the parallel samples are between 0. 2596 and 1. 4396 . The results showed that the meth- od is sensitive, accurate, simple, reproducible, fast and suitable for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in surface water.
