摘要
采用气相分子吸收光谱法测定地表水中硫化物,方法检出限为0.002 mg/L,水样加标回收率为96.5%~107%,精密度(RSD,n=6)为0.08%~1.38%。实验结果表明:该方法准确可靠、灵敏度好、操作简便,适用于地表水中硫化物分析要求。
A method was established for detecting sulfides in surface water samples by gas-phase molecular absorption spectrometry. The detection limits is 0. 002 mg / L,the recovery rates is ranged between 96. 5% to 107% and the precision is0. 08% - 1. 38% RSD( n = 6). The results showed that this method is sensitive,accurate,simple,also suitable for the determination of sulfides in surface water.
