摘要
目的 观察喜辽妥治疗9种皮肤病的临床疗效.方法 248例患者皮损局部外用喜辽妥乳膏,每日2次,连续外用30天.结果 冻疮有效率78.1%,寒冷性多形红斑有效率80.9%,慢性湿疹71.4%,瘀积性皮炎68.1%,炎症后色素沉着47.6%,寻常型鱼鳞病82.6%,瘢痕疙瘩38.4%,斑秃53.3%,皲裂症74.1%.结论 喜辽妥在治疗皮炎湿疹、皲裂症、鱼鳞病、冻疮、瘀积性皮炎等多种皮肤病方面安全、有效、方便.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of 9 kinds of skin diseases with the. Methods 248 cases of patients with skin lesions topical Hirudoid cream, 2 times a day, 30 days of continuous external use. Frostbite of the effective rate was 78.1%, cold erythema multiforme effective rate of 80.9%, 71.4% of chronic eczema, stasis dermatitis 68.1%, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation 47.6%, 82.6% of ichthyosis vulgaris, keloid 38.4%, 53.3% of alopecia areata and chapping 74.1%. Conclusion the Hirudoid in treatment dermatitis eczema, chapping, ichthyosis, frostbite, stasis product dermatitis and other skin diseases is safe, effective and convenient.
