摘要
在基于文献资料和开放式问卷界定分享惰性概念的基础上,初步编制大学生课堂"分享惰性"的调查问卷。对岭南师范学院328名大学生的抽样调查表明,传统课堂分享路径正受到严重冲击;学生互动式分享期待理想与现实"知""行"不一;教学范式无法点燃学生的分享冲动;大学生群体存在"责任分散效应"和"社会惰性效应",缺乏挣脱分享惰性心理的抵抗力和免疫力。要改变这一现状,必须因势利导寻找互联网与课堂改革切合点,量体裁衣消除"分享惰性",还课堂活力;创新课堂多样化设计,营造课堂分享良好氛围;学生也要摆脱学习的功利化思想,变更浅层化的学习模式,正确自我归因并补偿自卑,促进分享自我效能感提升。
Sharing sluggishness is defined based on literature and open questionnaires. And a question- naire is compiled to investigate college students about sharing sluggishness. A sampling survey among 328 undergraduates of Lingnan Normal University in Guangdong shows that traditional sharing chan- nels are being severely impacted, that students' expectation in interactive sharing is in conflict with the reality, that teaching modes fail to activate students' desire of sharing. In order to change this state, we must track down the joint between Internet and classroom teaching reform, eliminate the sharing sluggishness, and innovate instructive design. College students should get rid of their utilitar- ian learning motivation, make proper self-attribution and promote their self-efficacy in sharing.
