摘要
翻转课堂是近年来在全球范围内兴起的、基于网络技术的一种全新课堂教学模式,主张学生在课堂外通过视频课接受知识,在课堂上内化知识。该模式的推广应用是深化"概论"教学改革的一个重要方向。翻转课堂模式下,"概论"课教师是主导者、组织者和参与者,教师要从"普通导演"向"名导演"转变;组织学生参与课堂内外教学过程;实现传统模式下重视结果考核向重视学习过程考核的翻转。"概论"课教师要树立整体课堂观,做到形散神不散,并熟练掌握和使用教育技术,从而切实提升"概论"课教学质量和教学效果。
The notion of flipped classroom arises based on based on network technology,which proposes that students learn outside the classroom through video clips while internalizing the knowledge within the classroom.It is an important direction in reforming the teaching of Introduction to Mao Zedong's Thoughts and Theories of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.In this teaching mode,teachers are the leaders,organizers and participants.Teachers should organize students to participate in the in-and out-classroom teaching process.The traditional result-oriented assessment should be shifted into process-oriented assessment.Teachers are required to have a holistic view of classroom teaching and employ tactfully the modern education technology.
