摘要
针对功能-结构集成模块划分方法的不足,基于功能相似性和结构关联性,提出一种面向产品创新设计的模块划分方法。将功能-结构关系矩阵转化为结构间的功能相似矩阵,与结构间的关系矩阵相结合,构成关联矩阵,然后进行模块划分,分析评价出最佳划分模块。以装载机装载装置设计的模块划分为例,对所提方法进行验证,结果表明:划分结果与实际相符。
Considering the shortcomings of function-structure module partition method, having the functional similarity and structural correlation based to propose a product innovation design-oriented module partition method was implemented, which has the integrated function-structure relation matrix converted into the func- tional similarity matrix of between the structures and then combined with the relationship matrix between the structures to form correlation matrix, and to partition the module and analyze and evaluate the best module. Taking the module partition in loading device design as an example, having the proposed module partition method verified to show that, the partition results coincide with the reality.
