摘要
EPC合同是FIDIC系列合同中的部分条款,通常在国际工程中采用。结合国外土木工程建造的管理经验,介绍FIDIC合同和EPC合同,并分析EPC合同在国际工程履行中的风险因素,提出合同风险控制措施,得出相关结论。
EPC contract is partial provision in the FIDIC contract, it is usually adopted in the intemational engineering.In the article, the author use the construction management experience in the international engineering, firstly FIDIC contract and EPC contract have been introduced.Then the risk factor of EPC contract in the international engineering has been analysised, also controlling measures in contrct risk has been proposed.Finally we have made the related conclusion.
